Details: – This house in the upscale neighborhood of Taru Chhaya Nagar in Jaipur which is characterized by its accentuated and projected, mint stone and sagar black granite claded balcony that hovers above the entry space.

The spatial layout maximizes the use of the site by dispersing the built form along its length. The family required a segregation of public and private spaces and that was achieved in the vertical section of the house. Office area and servants room are housed at basement while semi private spaces such as living, drawing, dining, pooja are housed on the ground floor and the first floor has two children’s room, two bedrooms and a family area.
